Q: How do I get the login reward?
A: Just log into Wildgate between July 22 at 9AM PT and August 5 at 9AM PT. You’ll automatically receive the Pixel Sal Spray— no extra steps needed!
Q: What if I already got the Lightning Void Hunter Skin in Week One?
A: You won’t get it again in Week Two, but you will get bonus bragging rights for being ahead of the curve.

A: Nope! As long as they’re streaming Wildgate with Drops enabled, you’re good to go. Mix and match your favorites.
Q: Can I get Twitch Drops on console, too?
A: Yes! Just make sure you’re logged into your linked Twitch account while watching, no matter the device. Double check to make sure the account you want the goodies on is the one linked to your Twitch account.
Q: Can I track my Twitch Drops progress?
A: Yes! Head to your Twitch Drops Inventory to see how close you are and claim rewards once they're unlocked.
Q: Can I earn rewards on more than one platform (PC, console, etc.)?
A: Yes, but rewards are tied to your Wildgate account, not the specific platform you’re playing on. As long as you're logging into the same Wildgate account on PC or console, your Twitch Drops—and all your progress—will carry over.
Just make sure your Twitch account is linked to your Dreamhaven account, and that all your platform accounts (like Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox) are properly connected to that same Dreamhaven account. If they aren’t, you might not see your rewards on other platforms.
Q: Are the Drops or login rewards time-limited? Will they come back?
A: These particular items are currently only available during our launch celebration, but never say never—we may bring them back in some form for future events.
